WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY

Fostering a safety-first mindset among all TNC staff and sub-contractors is at the core of our approach. We prioritise safety integration at every project stage, driven directly by our owners. Beyond implementing rigorous training, inductions, SWMS, and procedures, our commitment to ongoing training, with more than 25 hours annually, is reflected in our Nil LTI record, showcasing our dedication to staff training, safety, and wellbeing. This productive, safe, and effective mindset underpins our OHS management system.

True North is committed to responsible business management, minimising our environmental impact, and supporting sustainability in the local community. We implement practices both in the office and the field. In the field, we responsibly dispose of chemicals, maintain spill kits, and ensure equipment efficiency and maintenance. Our management system encompasses our Environmental Policy, together with planning, implementation, corrective actions, review and continual improvement as a part of our environmental system. Newer equipment helps reduce fuel consumption and emissions, leading to less noise and air pollution. Our commitment extends to flora and fauna preservation, utilising water tanks for equipment cleaning, and environmentally compliant tyre disposal.
