An OHS specialist, Tina Boss, recognises the importance of incorporating safety in all areas of the business. Tina is an integral part of the business delivering OHS support for our team.

OUR TEAM

True North Contracting, owned and operated by Ben & Leanne North, comprises a skilled team of 7 qualified plant operators along with our efficient admin team. Our team excels in delivering high-quality general hire solutions, with expertise in civil construction projects, rural fencing, and forestry mulching projects. Across our team we hold supervisory, operator, and management qualifications, enabling us to provide comprehensive solutions for various projects. All staff and subcontractors undertake a comprehensive induction and onboarding process incorporating:

  • TNC Safety Induction Verification of Competency

  • RII Civil Construction Tickets Verification of Competency

  • Open Unrestricted MC or HC Licence

  • Verification of Current First Aid Certificate

Ongoing training is provided with a monitored system that ensures training is always kept up to date. Our team collectively encompasses these qualifications.
